LLC "Transautogaz" supplies natural gas to non-domestic consumers of the Republic of Moldova on the basis of a license for the supply of natural gas at unregulated prices No. AC 001440 of 11.02.2020

Legal relations between the supplier, the operator of the distribution system and the non-domestic consumer are regulated by the Law on Natural Gas No. 108 of 27.05.2016, the Regulation on the Supply and Use of Natural Gas, approved by the ANRE Decision No. 113/2019 of 19.04.2019. and other regulations.

To conclude a Contract for the supply of natural gas , you should contact the office of the company "Transautogaz" at the address: or. Chișinău, str. A. Pușkin, 64 with documents, according to the list:

A copy of the certificate of registration of the enterprise, copies of certificates of assignment of codes: fiscal and VAT.
3.
Documents confirming the right to sign the contract, namely:
  • extract from the State Register of Legal Entities;
  • a copy of the identity card of the director of the enterprise;
  • a notarized power of attorney and a copy of the identity card of the authorized person, in case of signing a contract for the supply of natural gas by an authorized person.
4.
Documents confirming the right of ownership:
for owners:
  • extract from the register of immovable property (valid for 2 months from the date of issue);
  • contract of sale;
  • protocol of commissioning of real estate, etc.
for tenants:
  • a copy of the identity card of the owner of real estate;
  • extract from the register of immovable property issued to the owner by the Territorial Cadastral Body;
  • a copy of the contract of property lease and / or lease (registered in MSW, if the term is 3 years or more);
  • letter of guarantee from the owner of real estate (if the owner of real estate is an individual, it is necessary to provide a notarized letter of guarantee) - sample of the letter.
5.
A copy of Appendix No. 1 of the technical agreement concluded between the operator of the distribution system and the non-household consumer.

Disconnection
from network

According to paragraph 105 of the Regulation on the supply of natural gas No. 113/2019 of 19.04.2019 (the "Regulations") the Supplier has the right to demand disconnection, and the network operator will disconnect the gas installations of the non-domestic consumer within a maximum of 10 working days in the following cases:

1.
In case of non-payment for consumed natural gas at the place of consumption after 10 calendar days from the expiration date of payment of the invoice submitted to the non-household consumer;
2.
Upon expiry of the contract for the supply of natural gas, if the non-domestic consumer does not require its extension;
3.
Refusal of a non-domestic consumer to conclude a contract for the supply of natural gas with the supplier as a last resort after he has accepted the end users in accordance with the terms of this Regulation;
4.
Refusal of a non-domestic consumer to conclude a contract for the supply of natural gas with the supplier after the expiration of the delivery period in the extreme case with 15 calendar days' prior notice to the consumer;
5.
At the request of a non-domestic consumer.

According to paragraph 105 of the Regulation on the supply of natural gas No. 113/2019 of 19.04.2019 (the "Regulations") the Supplier has the right to demand disconnection, and the network operator will disconnect the gas installations of the non-domestic consumer within a maximum of 10 working days in the following cases:

Reconnect to the network

According to paragraph 117 of the Regulation on the supply of natural gas No. 113/2019 of 19.04.2019, the end user has the right to demand from the supplier to reconnect the gas-using installation to the natural gas network, after eliminating the reasons that led to the disconnection of the gas-using installation.

The supplier requires the system operator, and the latter is obliged to reconnect the gas-using installation of the end user to the natural gas network as soon as possible, but not later than 2 working days from the date of payment to the operator of the tariff for reconnection.

Regulations on the procedure for changing the supplier of natural gas No. 363/2020 of 25.09.2020 defines the stages of the process of changing the supplier, the concepts and basic conditions for changing the supplier of natural gas, the rights and obligations of the participants in this process.

Change of natural gas supplier is a procedure whereby the end user decides, by free choice, to terminate the contractual relationship with the current supplier for all or some places of consumption and to conclude a contract for the supply of natural gas with a new supplier. The application for change of natural gas supplier is filled in according to the sample.
